A cup of coffee + coconut milk (with a splash of sugar-free caramel syrup)
Lunch:
- Plain Greek Yogurt (1 searching) + PB2 (1 serving) + Cinnamon + Vanilla Extract
- Radishes (100g) + Baby Carrots (3oz)
(Fast broken at 12:30 A.M.)
Dinner:
- Tilapia (1) leftovers
- Spaghetti Squash (2) leftovers
(Fast begins at 6:30 P.M.)
Snacks:
- Banana (1)
- Spicy Tuna Packet
- Sweet Potato Cinnamon Raisin Toast (1) from yesterday
(omg, so good!) - Black, seedless grapes (45)
Workout/s:
- Day Four: Pilates 21 Day Challenge (15 MIN)
- Mobility Recovery (15 MIN)
- Brisk Walk– 3MPH (40 MIN)
- YouTube Hatha Yoga (40 MIN)
- Total: 2 HR
I loaded up on protein today, so… success! That’s today’s theme!
Also, I failed at my rest day. Sigh. 😦
