C+P THESE Eats: October 14, 2017

Dear NOM Diary,

Breakfast:

A cup of coffee + coconut milk (with a splash of sugar-free caramel syrup)

Lunch:

  • Plain Greek Yogurt (1 searching) + PB2 (1 serving) + Cinnamon + Vanilla Extract
  • Radishes (100g) + Baby Carrots (3oz)

(Fast broken at 12:30 A.M.)

Dinner:

  • Tilapia (1) leftovers
  • Spaghetti Squash (2) leftovers

 

(Fast begins at 6:30 P.M.)

Snacks:

Workout/s:



I loaded up on protein today, so… success! That’s today’s theme!

Also, I failed at my rest day. Sigh. 😦
