Much like My Fitness Pal (and similar food logs), I started CTRL+C My Eats™ (read as: Copy My Eats) as a way to journal about my daily food intake, why I’ve made certain choices, and to provide a (loose) road map for anyone looking to lose weight, eat clean, and enjoy all the flavors food has to offer.

I am not a food architect or recipe creator, but I do scour the internet for bloggers who are and whose recipes fit into my lifestyle, which is a little bit of Paleo, Mediterranean, Whole30, but most importantly, meat on the side.
